Past six months
We’ve been hard at work (literally) building and equipping our brand-new training centre, and we’re thrilled to report that it’s ready to roll! This shiny new hub has the capacity to train over 40 aspiring chefs each year.
Despite working with a shoestring budget, we managed to kit out the kitchen with a mix of secondhand stainless steel and some brand-new essentials. We made sure to choose equipment that matches the standards of what our students will find in real commercial kitchens. After all, we’re preparing them to be top-notch professionals!
