Welcoming New Students

On September 2nd, we proudly welcomed seven new students into our program. Our cohort includes at risk migrants escaping harsh regimes and young adults from Northern Thailand's Hill tribes. One particularly inspiring student, born in a refugee camp and now a naturalized Thai citizen, is determined to become a professional chef to support her parents still living in the camp. Our training goes beyond skill-building; it transforms lives, instilling confidence and creating positive ripple effects within families. We’re thrilled to report that all our graduates are now fully employed, with one even achieving the role of Chef de Partie in Singapore!
