Disciples of Escoffier

We recently had the pleasure of attending some remarkable events. The ‘Disciples of Escoffier’ (not a biker gang!) fundraiser at the Shangri-La Hotel was a highlight, featuring a group of exceptional chefs dedicated to vocational training.

The event not only showcased extraordinary cuisine but also provided us with fantastic networking opportunities. Additionally, we celebrated with our friends at the Warm Heart Foundation as they marked 16 years of supporting education for at-risk hill tribe children.

During the evening, a young child presented me with a heartwarming award, a moment captured in the attached photo.
